Directions Activity Based on the Sun 2024-25

Our young learners of Class 1st at Shree Swaminarayan Gadi International Techno School , Godhra ,embarked on an exciting "Directions Activity Based on the Sun." Stepping outside in the morning and afternoon, they observed the sun's position in the sky, helping them identify east and west. Using this knowledge, they further discovered north and south, turning nature into their very own compass!

Through this hands-on experience, students also explored how shadows form when an object blocks light, learning how shadow positions change with the sun’s movement.

This engaging activity sparked their curiosity, creativity, and imagination, making learning about directions, shadows, and light an exciting journey of discovery!
